Mr Gordon has over 30 years of experience as a director of both public and private companies and in corporate advisory roles to Australian and international organizations. He brings knowledge of strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raisings, IPOs and joint ventures. David has held several senior roles with Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer) (Partner) and boutique investment bank Wentworth Associates. In addition, he founded an independent corporate advisory and investment firm, Lexicon Partners, in 2001.
