Mr Anderson has legal and commercial experience and expertise gained over a 30 year career to date. He is a partner of Brisbane legal firm Holding Redlich and specialises in providing legal services to the property industry. He has particular expertise in major acquisitions and disposals in residential, industrial and rural property, structured property development, due diligence and property finance arrangements. Darren brings legal knowledge and background particularly in real property transactions, and the structuring of finance and due diligence. He has a good understanding of corporate governance, financial accounting and risk assessment.
