Mr Lipshut has experience as an Executive and Non-Executive Director with a career in the defence, fintech and telecommunications industries. Daniel's experience includes a broad range of corporate, commercial and board positions with a focus on corporate governance, development of government relationships, strategic business development and commercialization of innovative technologies. Daniel was CEO of IAI Australia, and CEO of Intercorp, a private company specializing in defence electronic systems, telecommunications, innovation and R & D. Daniel is a member of the Risk & Compliance Committee.
