Dale Henderson

Mr Henderson is a resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in mining and oil and gas, spanning operational leadership, project delivery and corporate strategy. Since joining PLS as Chief Operating Officer in 2017, Mr Henderson has played a central role in the Company's transformation from an emerging lithium developer into one of Australian mining companies and a global lithium producer. Mr Henderson was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in July 2022. Under his leadership, PLS has continued to grow and diversify through a disciplined approach to capital allocation. This has included the acquisition of Latin Resources and advancement of the Colina Project in Brazil, establishing a new international growth platform for the Company. He has also expanded the Company's participation across the lithium value chain through its downstream chemical joint venture with POSCO in South Korea and the development of its midstream initiatives in Western Australia. Before joining PLS, Mr Henderson held senior operational and project leadership roles in the mining and oil and gas sectors across Australia and the Middle East.
