He spent five years with Bloom Energy in the role of Technical Director Strategic Materials Prior to that he held roles with BHP Billiton and its predecessor Billiton, as well as working as an independent consultant. He has been based in the Netherlands, the UK, India and the USA and worked on projects in multiple countries.
