Mr Evans is the founder and former Managing Director and CEO of Winsome Resources Limited, which he led from inception through to its merger with Li-FT Power Ltd. During his tenure, Winsome evolved from early-stage exploration into a North American lithium developer. His experience includes advancing resource projects through exploration, financing, stakeholder engagement and development. He has held executive and non-executive roles across Australia and internationally in lithium and critical minerals, including board experience with TSX listed companies.
