Caroline Clarke

Ms Clarke has over 20 years of executive leadership roles in healthcare and consumer technology and services, leading global businesses and multi-country teams. Caroline has experience in and brings an international perspective to global strategy, commercial leadership, innovation and governance. Caroline spent more than two decades with Philips, including serving as Executive Vice President of global Consumer and Health Care businesses responsible for global strategy and innovation development and delivery. She led the overall Consumer and Health Care businesses across ASEAN Pacific and was responsible for businesses across 14 countries in the region, overseeing a portfolio of medical technologies, healthcare solutions and consumer health products. Her international leadership experience provides insight into global healthcare systems, changing patient and customer expectations and regulatory environments. Former directorships include Director, Royal Schiphol Group. She is member of People and Culture Committee, Product and Services Innovation Committee.
