Ms Hourigan has 30 years of experience in the real estate investment industry, involved in key senior leadership positions and roles in funds management across public and private markets, investment, research and advisory services. His previous roles include the Global Head of Real Estate at AMP Capital, CIO at GPT Group and Head of Investment Management at Lendlease. She is also a member of the Property Champions of Change group and is also a former Trustee Board member and Deputy Chancellor of Western Sydney University.
