He has management experience across clinical, technical, sales, marketing, corporate development and strategy functions, having worked for multinational organisations including Baxter, Beecham and SmithKline Beecham. He has managed investments in New Zealand technology companies for the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology, served as the founding CEO of NZBio, and has served on government and industry panels. He has led AROA's growth since its establishment.
