Mr Scullin has more than 20 years of experience in the funds management industry in both Australia and Asia. Following a career in the Federal Government and politics, he was appointed the Executive Director of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia in 1987. In 1993, he joined Bankers Trust, holding a number of senior positions, including President of Japan Bankers Trust. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer Asia/Pacific for Deutsche Asset Management in 1999. Brian has been Chairman of Spark Infrastructure Limited, Hastings Funds Management, BT Investment Management Limited, OAK Possability and most recently Macquarie Point Development Corporation. He has also been Non Executive Director of Dexus Property Group, Tasplan Super and State Super Finance Services. Brian has held many industry positions including Vice Chair of the Financial Services Council, a part time member of the Federal Governments Financial Reporting Council and a panel member for the Financial Industry Complaints Service. She is Chair of the Board and Member of the Risk Committee.
