Brett Paton

Mr Paton entered the finance industry in 1980 and after 23 years at UBS, retired from his role in 2008 as Vice Chairman, having run the UBS Equity Capital Markets business for 14 years. Following this he was Vice Chairman of the Institutional Clients Group for Australia and New Zealand at Citigroup Inc for five years. Having served as a Non-Executive Director of Tabcorp and Chair of Audit and Risk for its demerged entity, Echo Entertainment, he has gained experience and valuable insights into the functions expected of ASX boards and companies in the Wagering Industry. Mr Paton has also served as a Council member of RMIT University where he chaired the Risk and Audit Committee and was also a foundation member of the ASX Capital Markets Advisory Panel. He is a member of Risk committee.
