Brett Cairns

Dr Cairns has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Financial Group Limited. Prior to this, he was co-head of the capital markets group within structured finance at Babcock and Brown, managing director and head of debt capital markets for Merrill Lynch in Australia, and worked at Credit Suisse Financial Products. He is currently a director of two other financial services companies.
