Blair Way

Mr Way is an international executive with over 35 years of experience in the resources and construction industries across Australasia, Canada, the United States, and Europe. He has worked with a range of commodities, including gold, copper, nickel, zinc, magnesium, graphite, cobalt, and lithium. From 2020 to 2024, he served as CEO, President, and Executive Director of Patriot Battery Metals. Before that, Mr. Way held senior executive roles with several public junior explorers, including the company that became Patriot Battery Metals. He was VP of Project Development for TSX-listed Ventana Gold in Colombia and previously served as Project Director and President of OceanaGold Philippines. Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager with resource companies such as BHP, Hatch Engineering, and Korea Zinc.
