Benjamin Ben Donovan

Mr Donovan is the principal of Argus Corporate Partners Pty Ltd which provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services. Mr Donovan is currently the company secretary of several ASX listed and public unlisted companies with experience across the resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries. He has experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the ASX in Perth for almost three years, where he managed the listing process of close to 100 companies to the ASX. In addition, Mr Donovan has experience in the capital markets having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving an initial listing on the ASX.
