Mr Saridas is an executive and Non-Executive Director with over 30 years of international finance experience across the energy, mining, infrastructure, retail, and property sectors, with experience in corporate finance, capital markets, strategy, governance and transactions. Ms Ayten Saridas is currently the principal of A&B Resources Consulting and was previously the Managing Director and CEO of Australian Pacific Coal Pty Ltd (ASX: AQC). Prior to this Ms Saridas held senior executive roles with Australian and international energy and resources companies including Coronado Global Resources Inc (ASX:CRN), AWE Limited (ASX:AWE) and Santos Limited (ASX:STO).
