Mr Kain has over 30 years' experience working in Australian capital markets. He has played role in the formation of multiple privately owned and publicly listed companies and has understanding of intellectual property and its commercialisation. He also has experience as a director having held managing director, director and legal counsel roles with Australian stock exchange listed companies operating foreign assets. He has held advisory roles in capital raising, joint venture and mergers and acquisitions through his exposure to a diverse range of international and national development opportunities working with technical teams in the energy, motor vehicle and resources sectors.
