Anthony Giammaria

Mr Giammaria has over 20 years commercial and corporate law experience corporate finance, restructuring and securities, and advising microcap and mid-sized companies. In his early practice, Anthony was employed by a boutique law firm in corporate and commercial law. In 2009, he founded AG Avocat Conseil Inc., a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and commercial law. Anthony has been involved in AEMs HPA business as a member of the joint venture company boards since 2023. He is the chairperson of the People Committee.
