Mr Brown was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company in July 2012, and a Director of the Company in July 2013. Mr Brown has 31 years of experience in general management, finance, strategy, operations, marketing and distribution. Mr Brown was previously Chief Operating Officer at AMP Capital, Head of Commercial Insurance Marketing at Promina/Suncorp, Publisher at CCH Australia and Manager at KPMG. He is Member of the Product & Insurance Committee & Member of the Finance & Investment Committee.
