Ms O'Driscoll has over 40 years of business experience across a broad spectrum of the insurance industry. Anne is also on the board of MDA National Insurance Pty Limited where she chairs both the audit and risk committees. In April 2024, she was appointed to the Council of the University of Technology Sydney. From 2014 to 2022, she was also on the boards of CommBank's Australian insurance businesses. Anne chaired the audit committee for each of these boards. While an executive, Anne held various senior management roles at IAG Limited and NRMA Group and was the CFO of Genworth Australia between 2009 and 2012. She is also a former director of the NSW Self-Insurance Corporation and Australasian Investor Relations Association Limited.
