Andrew Shearer

Mr Shearer has 28 years of experience in the resource and finance sectors, combining technical, management, strategic and financial expertise. He has focused on setting strategy, creating companies, raising capital and executing development opportunities. He currently serves at the Chair and Director level across several ASX-listed resource companies in both executive and non-executive roles. Andrew began his career in the resources industry, holding technical and management positions with Mount Isa Mines Limited, Glengarry Resources Limited and the South Australian Government, before moving into the finance sector in analyst and corporate advisory roles. His past and present board roles include Andromeda Metals (ADN), Resolution Minerals (RML), Okapi Resources (OKR), Osmond Resources (OSM) and Investigator Resources (IVR).
