Mr Pumphrey has over 30 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has field experience in exploring for gold, nickel, silver and zinc throughout Western Australia and has been involved with several private underground and open pit mining operations. Based in Kalgoorlie since 1989, Mr Pumphrey has operated an exploration contracting business and has a knowledge of the geology of the Eastern Goldfields. Mr Pumphrey worked as the Operations Manager and General Manager for MacPhersons Resources Ltd and Horizon Minerals Ltd (ASX:HRZ). Prior to that he worked as the Exploration Manager for MacPhersons Resources Ltd for four years.
