Mr Pedley has worked as a geologist in Africa for over 25 years, holding positions from Exploration Manager to VP Exploration. He has uranium sector experience, beginning with his role as Exploration Manager for Uramin Inc in 2006, which was later acquired by Areva. He has specific expertise in uranium exploration and in the preparation of uranium Mineral Resource Estimates in line with JORC and ASX listing requirements. He has acted as a Competent Person on several uranium projects and is a Registered Professional Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and a Member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).
