Andrew McIlwain

Mr McIlwain has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held operational, technical, senior management and executive roles within Mount Isa Mines Limited, Central Norseman Gold Corp, WMC Resources, Lafayette Mining and Unity Mining. More recently, he had been an independent consultant for a number of Australian resource companies focusing on corporate transactions and has acted as an independent Non-Executive Director of resource companies. Andrew brings operational and corporate experience in a variety of fields including establishment of operational sustainability, project development and equity and conventional debt financing.
