Mr Ferguson is Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of APAC Resources Ltd, one of Mount Gibson's shareholders. Mr Ferguson worked as a mining engineer in Western Australia in the mid 1990's. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry in global natural resources. In 2003, Mr Ferguson co-founded New City Investment Managers in the United Kingdom. He was the former co-fund manager of City Natural Resources High Yield Trust, and managed New City High Yield Trust Ltd and Geiger Counter Ltd. He has also worked as Chief Investment Officer for New City Investment Managers CQS Hong Kong.
