Andrew Cooke

Mr Cooke has experience in corporate finance, governance, and compliance. He has over 30 years of boardroom experience and has developed a practical blend of legal and commercial acumen. He has served as a consultant to listed, public and private companies in the resources, property, mining services, technology and biotech sectors focusing on securities exchange, capital raising, regulatory compliance, and a range of corporate transactions. Much of his work has been focused on the resources sector where he has worked closely with exploration, mining and oil and gas companies in Australia, Canada, Fiji, and the Solomon Islands. He is Chair of the Risk Committee.
