Ms Rossiter is a healthcare executive with 25 years of global leadership across diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and medical technology. She has held senior leadership roles across all three Roche divisions, Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics and Diabetes Care, and has lived and worked in the UK, Canada, the US and Australia. As Managing Director of Roche Diagnostics Australia, she led organisational transformation and Roche's national COVID-19 testing response. Ms Rossiter was later with an Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed diagnostics company and was most recently employed at Novartis as Country President for Australia and New Zealand. She began her career at Pfizer UK, before transitioning into healthcare leadership. She serves as Chair of the Board of SwissCham.
