Mr Muir is a non-executive director and technology and digital transformation leader with 20 years' experience in financial services and telecommunications, including 12 years working in artificial intelligence and data-driven businesses. He brings experience in digital strategy, innovation and growth across regulated environments. Mr Muir is currently a non-executive director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (ASX:BEN), where he chairs the Technology and Transformation Committee, and a non-executive director of Helia Group Limited (ASX:HLI) and is a member of ASIC's Consultative Panel. He is also the Managing Director of Vanteum, an advisory business focused on growth strategy and innovation, where he has helped a number of ASX50 and Fortune 500 companies to launch and scale new digital products and ventures.
