Mr Morrison brings 16 years of experience in the mining sector, having served on the boards of a number of TSX-and NYSE-listed copper and gold focused explorers, developers and operators. He currently serves on the boards of Nations Royalty Corporation, Cambria Gold Mines and Selkirk Copper Mines. She serves as a non-executive director of FireFly Metals Limited, Lotus Resources Limited, Denison Gas Limited, Advanced Engineered Materials Limited and Snowy Hydro Limited. Ms Heywood previously served as a non-executive director at also held senior executive roles including Vice President of Operations Services and Information Technology at Newmont Mining Corporation, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of global royalties' company Franco Nevada Corporation. He is the chairperson of the People and Performance committee and member of the Risk, Governance and Sustainability committee's.
