Alastair Clayton

Mr Clayton has over 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, focusing on identifying, financing, and developing mineral, energy, and materials processing projects in Australia, Europe, and Africa. He was previously a director of Uranium Developer Extract Resources, where he represented major shareholder Kalahari Minerals on the board and was part of the team responsible for the sale to CGNPC in 2012. He was also chairman of Bannerman Resources Limited and a founding director of Universal Coal, which was later sold to Terracm.
