Alasdair Cooke

Mr Cooke has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, with more than 20 years managing public resource companies. As a geologist, Alasdair has a track record of exploration and project development. He is a founding partner of the Perth-based investment and technical services company, Mitchell River Group (MRG), which has been in establishing several mining projects, including greenfield mines in Australia, Africa, and South America. Prior to founding MRG, Alasdair held senior positions in BHP's international new business and reconnaissance group, contributing to resource exploration and mine development initiatives. Alasdair brings experience in project evaluation, funding, management, finance, and operations to the board. Other current directorships include Alma Metals Limited Aurora Energy Metals Limited Former directorships in the last three years include EVE Health Group Limited (resigned 28 February 2023).
