Alan Fisher

Mr Fisher is an experienced corporate advisor and public company director. He has a record of implementing strategies that enhance shareholder value. His main areas of expertise include mergers, acquisitions, public and private equity raisings, business restructurings and strategic advice. He is currently non executive director and chair of Neuphoria Therapeutics Inc. He has previously been a non executive director of IDT Australia Limited and Centrepoint Alliance Limited. He is Chairman of the Risk Committee.
