In his previous career, Adem was an executive across a range of sectors and industries, having spent seven years establishing Swisse Wellness as the leading global health and wellness brand before it's sale to Biostime International for over $1.7 billion. While at Swisse, Adem held senior positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director.
