Mr Crowley is a practicing solicitor and a former Partner of Ernst & Young in Hong Kong and Australia, and of KPMG in Hong Kong. He established and managed a joint venture company in China. Mr Crowley is an experienced chairman, finance director and company secretary of ASX-listed companies, and is a former Senior Legal Member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He has been JAT Secretary since December 2017.

Jinvigorate is JAT’s latest brand. This brand will include a range of milk powder-based healthy supplements for people who are looking for products with specific functions to support their health, such as low GI, low sugar or sodium content and the like. The first product in this range will be launched in February 2021, with other products to follow during the year. As the first product to be developed under this brand, the Jinvigorate Diabetic Formula, is a great food supplement for people who are looking for products with a low GI value.
Neurio, JAT’s most well-known brand in the Asian market, offers a large range of products focussed on supporting the health of people of all ages, from babies to seniors, through its large range of nutritional milk powder formulations and other products.
The Neurio range is developed to provide nutritional support to boost the immune system and improve the intestinal and digestive systems. Neurio’s range of infant formulas are specifically formulated to contribute to the development of healthy babies and toddlers.
The Neurio range also contains a number of pre- and probiotics, vitamins and minerals, specific to each age group
The milk powder used in JAT’s new ione milk powder range is sourced from Australian free-range cows. In accordance with modern health concepts, ione milk’s full cream and skim milk powders are high in calcium and protein and low in sodium. They contain no artificial flavours or colouring.
Ione full cream and skim milk powders are unique on the market, as they also contain dietary fibre to enhance immunity and support a healthy gastric and intestinal system. Moroka Formulated Milk Powder with Lactoferrin is one of JAT’s newest products. The brand name was inspired by the small town of Moroka and the beauty and freshness of the Victorian Alpine region where it is located.
Moroka is a nutritionally complete and easily absorbed scientifically based formula. It contains immunoglobulins (IgG) which support the immune system to fight infections, Lactoferrin which regulates iron absorption and Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) which supports a healthy gut function and reduces constipation.

The Poupin Silky Brightening serum is a revitalizing and restoring serum made with natural herbal extracts. Phytosilica (a biological “micro-needle”) helps the key ingredients penetrate deep into the skin to keep the skin healthy.
Jatcorp’s joint venture company, JWR International, is developing this range to be sold in department and cosmetic stores across China. The first product that has been given the green tick is the Poupin Silky Brighten Revitalising Serum which can now be sold in China through offline channels such as local department stores and specialty cosmetic stores.
Vmeat is a new range of plant-based meat products developed by JAT. Vmeat is focussed on being a world class vegan meat manufacturer and a leading provider of global food service brands in Australia, New Zealand, India, China, South East Asia and Singapore.
The Vmeat range includes burgers, meatballs, sausages, mince and strips with flavours and textures similar to those of pork, beef, chicken and seafood
The agreement with Koha Foods is the first step by JAT into the US market for its in-house products. The US distribution of its co-branded products CocoSoul Moroka through Saputo will commence shortly .
The distribution agreement with Koha Foods has been driven by the development of the JAT in-house immune support products to be sold under the Jinvigorate and Moroka brands. The Koha Foods distribution agreement provides for exclusive distribution rights for JAT’s Jinvigorate and Moroka products only. Koha Foods have advised JAT that their interest in the Jinvigorate and Moroka products is driven by the opportunity to bring to the Hawaii and Guam markets. The directors of JAT believe that the significant investment made by JAT in the development of its immune support products is resulting in strong market differentiation of JAT’s products from the many other dairy products in the market.
